We are updating pricing for two LayerZero Labs products: Stargate OFT transfers and the Executor.
Stargate OFT Transfers
On September 1, OFT transfers through the Stargate app will include a fee up to 2 basis points, depending on the route, capped at $250 per transfer.
The Stargate product fee is separate from any Executor fee and will be shown before a transfer is submitted. Excess revenue from the fee will be used for ZRO buybacks.
This fee applies only to transfers made on Stargate. OFT transfers made through other interfaces or direct integrations are not affected.
LayerZero Labs Executor
Beginning September 1, the minimum LayerZero Labs Executor fee will increase to $0.25 per transaction.
Teams have three weeks notice before the change takes effect, and we are reaching out directly to applications and chains. Over time, selected pathways may move to higher pricing based on usage characteristics, operating costs, and commercial requirements.
No changes to existing integrations or application logic is required, as the transaction sender pays the Executor fee.

Why We Are Making These Changes
These updates better align pricing with the cost and responsibility of operating onchain and offchain infrastructure at scale. They will support continued investment in reliability, performance, security, and new capabilities across the LayerZero ecosystem.
These are LayerZero Labs infrastructure fees. They do not activate or replace the LayerZero protocol fee switch, which remains subject to governance.
